TacN'Stik:
This
is an obscure putty I recently discovered, that can be used for masking models.
Because it is a putty, it can be positioned in just about any shape required.
It
is also ideal for masking because of both its low tack and nonexistent residue properties.
In
addition, with it being available at office supply stores like Office Max and
Staples, it is readily available.
Finally,
because it has not yet found its way into the mainstream modeling community, it is still
inexpensive.
